About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Chef to join our award-winning team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. You’ll play a crucial role in creating exceptional, seasonal dishes and maintaining high food quality standards within a vibrant restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, well-presented dishes using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
- Contribute to seasonally changing menus.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Set the pace and maintain exceptional food quality standards.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passionate about food and committed to delivering outstanding dishes.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a 2-week rota including weekend work.
