About the Role:
As a Childcare Manager at Zest Childcare, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Futura Learning Partnership’s mission. You’ll manage and supervise children at breakfast and after-school clubs, ensuring their safety and happiness. This position requires a proactive and passionate individual with childcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a programme of term-time wrap-around activities within a childcare framework.
- Manage children efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
- Plan and organise play activities for children.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passionate about working with children.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise children.
- Understanding of childcare best practices.
- Level 2 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Food hygiene and pediatric first aid qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in sport, art, or dance is advantageous.
