About the Role:
This role requires a qualified psychological practitioner to lead and support clinical teams within the CAMHS sector in London. The successful candidate will develop effective partnerships and deliver excellent clinical supervision to qualified staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners (ICB, Local Authority, GPs, voluntary sector, etc.).
- Provide strategic leadership and support to CAMHS teams.
- Supervise qualified staff effectively.
- Liaise with other health and social care professionals and agencies.
- Demonstrate initiative and commitment to collaborative working.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified psychological practitioner (e.g., psychologist, family therapist, etc.) fully registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).
- Strategic understanding and excellent communication skills.
- Extensive clinical and operational leadership experience in CAMHS.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
