About the Role:
The Clinical Systems Trainer will provide comprehensive training and support to staff on new or updated clinical systems, ensuring effective and efficient use. This key role is crucial in driving the adoption and optimization of the clinical systems within the West London NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions on clinical systems.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to users throughout the implementation process.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest process optimization within the system.
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and user feedback.
