About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist in creating high-quality dishes using local produce.
- Work directly under the Chef de Partie and assist the team.
- Ensure the highest standards of product and work.
- Develop culinary skills and knowledge with senior team members.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Restaurant or Hotel background
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
- Experience with fresh produce (desired)
