About the Role:
An enthusiastic Commis Chef is sought for a high-quality restaurant in a beautiful Norfolk location. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in an award-winning establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and assisting in the creation of fine dining dishes using local produce.
- Working directly under the Chef de Partie, assisting the team to ensure high standards.
- Developing culinary skills and knowledge in conjunction with senior team members.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 1 and 2, or equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Good written and spoken English
- Flexible attitude
- Restaurant or Hotel Background
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Team Player
- Passion for the culinary industry
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
- Experience with fresh produce (preferred)
