About the Role:
Provide excellent reception services, manage patient and visitor interactions, and support administrative tasks at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients and visitors.
- Answer telephones and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage clinic bookings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient reception environment for all users.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Experience in providing customer service.

- Knowledge of NHS protocols and procedures (desirable).
