About the Role:

Provide excellent reception services, manage patient and visitor interactions, and support administrative tasks at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct patients and visitors.
  • Answer telephones and manage incoming calls professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinic bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure a welcoming and efficient reception environment for all users.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Experience in providing customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of NHS protocols and procedures (desirable).
