About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our conference and banqueting operations. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of conference and banqueting operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (catering, sales, etc.) to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all event bookings, financials and other important details.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Proven experience in conference and banqueting management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in event planning software and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensuring high standards in all aspects of event management.
