About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Receptionist to provide excellent first-impression services and support the construction team. This role plays a crucial part in managing incoming communications and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring efficient communication flows.
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and other associated spaces.
