About the Role:
Nuffield Health is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Contact Centre Coordinator to join our team in Surrey. This role is a permanent, full-time position, offering a hybrid working model and opportunities to connect with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly handle all customer contacts via various channels (calls, emails, live chat, social media).
- Ensure a seamless customer journey at all touchpoints.
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Adhere to the hybrid working model, working both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Utilize various contact centre systems effectively.
- Cover varied shifts between Monday to Friday (8am to 8pm) and Saturdays (9am to 1pm).
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Positive and proactive customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent understanding of English.
- Logical approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence using a variety of systems.
