About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Operations Team in a full-time relief contract role. This position offers varied shifts (days, nights, weekends) and focuses on managing incoming calls, monitoring incidents, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, prioritizing and responding according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents.
- Handle employee welfare calls and resolve shift coverage issues.
- Monitor CCTV.
- Liaise with mobile response units.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and telephone manner.
- Strong IT and administration skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to react and respond to incidents.
- Proficient in using appropriate systems and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
