About the Role:
This role is focused on providing critical support within the DIO. This will involve a combination of tasks to ensure the efficient running of DIO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to DIO staff.
- Manage incoming requests and queries effectively.
- Execute tasks according to DIO procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in project management and workflow coordination.
- Prepare reports and summaries of key information.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of DIO procedures and processes (an advantage).
