About the Role:

This role is focused on providing critical support within the DIO. This will involve a combination of tasks to ensure the efficient running of DIO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to DIO staff.
  • Manage incoming requests and queries effectively.
  • Execute tasks according to DIO procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in project management and workflow coordination.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of key information.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of DIO procedures and processes (an advantage).
