About the Role:

This key role involves managing and recovering outstanding debts for the company. The Credit Controller plays a crucial part in ensuring timely payment and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track outstanding invoices.
  • Send timely reminders and follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Manage credit control procedures and processes.
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all debt transactions.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
  • Experience in using accounting software is desirable.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.
