About the Role:
IWS Water Hygiene seeks a Credit Controller to manage debt collection and cash flow for a client portfolio. This vital role maximizes cash collections by fostering strong client relationships and collaborating closely with the account management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect outstanding debts and manage cash flow for a portfolio of clients.
- Build strong client relationships to maximize cash collections.
- Work closely with the account management team to promptly resolve queries.
- Generate monthly statements and conduct cash allocations and reconciliations.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial credit control role.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support colleagues.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and phone manner.
- Ability to manage own workload effectively.
- Confident administrative skills and record maintenance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
