About the Role:

This fixed-term contract (1 year) Customer Coordinator role in Kilsyth offers a great opportunity for career progression within a successful hiring company. This position provides a balance of work and life and aims to deliver exceptional customer service and support order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level customer service.
  • Process hire orders (on/off).
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Be a key contact for client hiring needs.
  • Arrange equipment bookings for various sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and team members.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience as a Customer Coordinator, Hire Controller, or similar.
  • Experience in a construction or hire/rental environment is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
