About the Role:
Diligenta is seeking multiple Customer Service Administrators to support our growing customer service team. This role involves providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience within a dynamic financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (filing, sending, receiving).
- Process stationary requisitions.
- Assist the financial administration department.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience in customer service environments (e.g., call centres, retail, hospitality).
- A proactive and helpful approach to tasks.
