About the Role:

Diligenta is seeking multiple Customer Service Administrators to support our growing customer service team. This role involves providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience within a dynamic financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
  • Organize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (filing, sending, receiving).
  • Process stationary requisitions.
  • Assist the financial administration department.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in customer service environments (e.g., call centres, retail, hospitality).
  • A proactive and helpful approach to tasks.
