About the Role:
This temporary Customer Service Advisor role (16 weeks) in Basildon will manage client, subcontractor, supplier, and supervisor communication to ensure timely appointments and adherence to Service Level Agreements. You will also liaise with supervisory teams and regional buyers to ensure materials and equipment are prepared for scheduled appointments. Your skills in resolving complex repairs, customer concerns, and service failures will be crucial in building client confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Liaise with supervisory teams and regional buyers to secure necessary materials and equipment.
- Schedule operatives and subcontractors to jobs.
- Discuss complex repairs, demanding customer concerns, and service failures.
- Instill customer confidence and address concerns.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience within the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 13.00-13.50 per hour
- Temporary role (16 weeks)
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Based in Basildon
