About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor and provide exceptional support to our clients regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers in their important moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and respect.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support customers in planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and offering support during challenging times.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Experience in a customer-facing role (contact centre, retail, hospitality, or travel preferred, but not essential).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
