About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor and provide exceptional support to our clients regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers in their important moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and respect.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support customers in planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and offering support during challenging times.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (contact centre, retail, hospitality, or travel preferred, but not essential).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
