About the Role:
BP Victoria Park, a reputable petrol station, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our hard-working team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our petrol forecourt, convenience store, and laundry operations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers effectively, ensuring their needs are met.
- Operating EPOS tills accurately and efficiently.
- Resolving pricing discrepancies and verifying promotions.
- Maintaining a fully stocked, merchandised, and presentable shop and forecourt.
- Managing stock, conducting counts, and rotating products to maintain quality.
- Handling stock deliveries efficiently and tidily.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and secure work environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency with EPOS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Understanding of stock management and product rotation principles.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations.
