About the Role:

Provide excellent customer service and support to customers across various channels. This role is critical to maintaining a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, returns, and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (desirable).
