About the Role:
Diligenta is seeking enthusiastic recent school leavers to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn new skills in the Life and Pensions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls from across various departments.
- Resolving customer issues and queries professionally.
- Providing information on policy details.
Skills and Expertise:
- Customer-facing experience (desirable, but not essential).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions effectively.
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail.
