About the Role:
Ensure smooth order, delivery, and aftercare service to customers. Work closely with the customer supply team and internal departments to maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle order queries and provide accurate pricing.
- Check and update stock levels.
- Create sales orders and process invoices.
- Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients.
- Keep clients updated on delivery status and manage issues/queries promptly.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in order processing or customer service (ideally in manufacturing).
- High level of customer satisfaction experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and stock forecasting skills.
- Experience managing high-value client accounts.
- Excellent communication (phone and email) skills.
- Teamwork skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
