About the Role:
Copart’s Customer Support Centre seeks a highly motivated Team Leader to support and mentor our Customer Service Representatives. This crucial role plays a key part in driving high-quality customer service and process improvement within the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting teammates, including regular 1-1s and call audits to monitor customer service levels and provide constructive feedback.
- Improving and delivering a superior customer experience to both internal and external customers, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and administrative work.
- Identifying and implementing cost-effective measures and contributing to process improvements.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through open communication.
- Managing daily reports and distributing workload to ensure SLAs are met and work is completed to a high standard.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads efficiently.
- Strong customer service attitude, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Understanding of GDPR.
- Knowledge of the automotive/total loss industry (advantageous, not essential).
- Management experience (advantageous, not essential).
