About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our delivery team in Leicestershire. This key role is focused on ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality delivery operations while exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant delivery operations.
- Manage delivery costs and customer charges to meet targets.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and motivate team members to achieve high customer service standards.
- Engage with customers, use feedback to enhance service, and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the regional team to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in managing delivery teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse and transport operations.
- Management CPC certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Experience engaging with customers and building relationships.
- Proficiency in identifying talent, encouraging development, and motivating teams.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Customer service focus, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach.
