About the Role:
This exciting opportunity within the supervised contact service seeks a Deputy Contact Manager to support children in having quality family time with parents/family members. The successful candidate will support the team manager and contact workers, focusing on the delivery and development of evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children to have quality family time.
- Supporting the team manager and contact workers.
- Ensuring safe and effective contact sessions in line with policies, best practice, legislation, and internal systems.
- Working in partnership with case management teams.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience supporting children and families.
- Understanding of current policies, best practices, and legislation related to child contact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Welsh language skills (if applicable).
