About the Role:
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will ensure exceptional resident care, exceeding professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will work 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shifts, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and coaching colleagues to provide unparalleled empathy-driven service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure resident care consistently meets high standards.
- Oversee and manage resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
- Supervise and mentor colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents and staff.
Skills and Expertise:
- Knowledge of National Care Standards.
- Experience in person-led care planning.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
