About the Role:

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will ensure exceptional resident care, exceeding professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will work 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shifts, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and coaching colleagues to provide unparalleled empathy-driven service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure resident care consistently meets high standards.
  • Oversee and manage resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents and staff.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Knowledge of National Care Standards.
  • Experience in person-led care planning.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
