About the Role:

Ensure the safety and security of our building by providing efficient and friendly concierge services. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. Contribute to a positive and secure environment in the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors and residents, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Manage deliveries and mail, ensuring secure storage and prompt distribution.
  • Monitor building entrances and exits, adhering to security protocols.
  • Patrol the building premises regularly, checking for any safety issues.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all activities.
