About the Role:
We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Driving Instructors to deliver high-quality driving lessons in Ashford, Kent. This role involves helping drivers of all skill levels improve their driving abilities and pass their tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering effective driving lessons to a variety of students.
- Assessing and developing student driving skills.
- Providing clear and concise driving instruction.
- Managing and scheduling student appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Skills and Expertise:
- Full UK Driving Licence (or approved foreign equivalent) for at least 2.5 years.
- No more than 6 penalty points on driving licence.
- No driving bans in the past 4 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage learners.
- Passion for teaching and a customer-focused approach.
- Ideally, be a qualified Driving Instructor or be prepared to undergo training.
