About the Role:
This 12-month contract role supports the LEAN stock movement into DSRS, ensuring efficient and accurate customer order and stock delivery processing. The DSRS Coordinator maintains safety, security, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the SRS system accurately.
- Book in received stock from branches.
- Conduct quality and date checks on received stock.
- Pick orders according to the SRS system.
- Dispose of out-of-date stock responsibly.
- Perform regular stock quality and date checks.
- Process electronic orders promptly.
- Dispatch orders efficiently.
- Prepare and pack stock for delivery to branches.
- Adhere to company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Warehouse experience (desirable).
- Retail pharmacy experience (desirable).
- Basic IT skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Teamwork skills.
- NVQ2 Buttercups qualification (desirable)
