About the Role:
Become a Duty Manager at Burger King, Manchester Piccadilly Station. This full-time role, with shifts between 6AM and 1:30AM, including some weekends, requires a passionate individual to manage a team and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a clean and welcoming atmosphere exceeding customer expectations.
- Guide and support colleagues maintaining a safe working environment.
- Coordinate team efforts, overseeing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Focus on operational efficiency, monitoring unit performance and driving improvements.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team.
- Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to deliver excellence in customer service.
Skills and Expertise:
- At least 1 year experience as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
- Ability to handle and serve alcohol (18+).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
