About the Role:

Kids Planet Southport is seeking a dedicated Early Years Apprentice to join a Level 2 or 3 course at the Kids Planet Training Academy. This role focuses on the care and education of children aged 0-5, providing a supportive learning environment within a thriving childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for and educate children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Support the development and learning of children.
  • Liaise with parents on child-related matters.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional childcare.
  • Comply with all relevant childcare regulations and safeguarding policies.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Minimum apprenticeship eligibility criteria (UK residency for 3+ years).
  • Successful completion of Maths and English entry assessments.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
