About the Role:
Become a certified Enforcement Agent in Brighton, supporting a leading debt recovery company. This role involves assisting clients in recovering debts, building strong customer relationships, and adhering to legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client addresses to facilitate debt recovery.
- Complete comprehensive questionnaires on client income and expenses.
- Develop and manage payment plans or achieve full payment.
- Manage and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Accurately complete relevant paperwork.
- Execute good removal procedures when necessary.
Skills and Expertise:
- Valid manual driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant paperwork and processes.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Basic salary of 23,800 – 26,000 + commission/bonus structure (OTE 70,000).
