About the Role:
Become a highly effective Enforcement Agent in Hull, working for a leading debt recovery company with over 40 years of experience. This is a hands-on role focusing on recovering debts and ensuring clients receive prompt payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend debtor addresses to facilitate debt recovery.
- Gather comprehensive income and expenditure information from debtors.
- Develop tailored payment plans or secure full payment.
- Manage workload independently and efficiently.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Execute goods removal procedures when required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with debtors.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in handling paperwork and recording data.
- Understanding of debt recovery procedures.

- Competitive salary (23,800 – 26,000) plus commission/bonus structure (OTE 70,000).
