About the Role:

Become a key member of the ICENTS and Haringey ENT Service, delivering high-quality community-based ENT care across Islington, Haringey, and North Central London. This permanent, full-time or part-time position offers the chance to collaborate with experienced ENT specialists and benefit from structured mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and action referrals within two working days.
  • Direct patients to appropriate care pathways.
  • Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual consultations.
  • Provide clinical services including audiology assessments and examinations.
  • Deliver accurate diagnoses and treatments, and timely referrals.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient consent.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in regular group supervision meetings.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced ENT GPwERs and Consultant support.
  • Work collaboratively with administrative teams.
  • Flexibly adapt to service needs and work across clinic sites.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Full GMC registration and membership in a medical defence organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-MRCGP experience.
  • Strong clinical, IT, and communication skills.
  • MSc/PG Dip in ENT (Desirable)
  • Experience with EMIS Web (Desirable)
