About the Role:
Become a key member of the ICENTS and Haringey ENT Service, delivering high-quality community-based ENT care across Islington, Haringey, and North Central London. This permanent, full-time or part-time position offers the chance to collaborate with experienced ENT specialists and benefit from structured mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and action referrals within two working days.
- Direct patients to appropriate care pathways.
- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual consultations.
- Provide clinical services including audiology assessments and examinations.
- Deliver accurate diagnoses and treatments, and timely referrals.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient consent.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in regular group supervision meetings.
- Receive mentorship from experienced ENT GPwERs and Consultant support.
- Work collaboratively with administrative teams.
- Flexibly adapt to service needs and work across clinic sites.
Skills and Expertise:
- Full GMC registration and membership in a medical defence organization.
- Minimum of 2 years post-MRCGP experience.
- Strong clinical, IT, and communication skills.
- MSc/PG Dip in ENT (Desirable)
- Experience with EMIS Web (Desirable)
