About the Role:

Trinity Catholic School, a Voluntary Academy, seeks enthusiastic Exam Invigilators to supervise students during internal and external exams. This role requires a flexible approach to support the exam schedule throughout the year. Ideal candidates will be practical, calm, and dedicated to ensuring smooth exam procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during exams, adhering to exam board regulations.
  • Assist with exam hall setup and the distribution/collection of exam materials.
  • Ensure students are seated according to seating plans.
  • Provide individual support to students needing additional assistance (readers/scribes).

Skills and Expertise:

  • Flexible availability to cover exam periods (November, March, May-July).
  • Practical approach to managing exam environments.
  • Calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Diligence in following exam regulations.
  • Experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
