About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious private members’ golf club, seeks an innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences. Reporting to the Secretary and working closely with the Clubhouse Operations Manager, this role is vital in shaping the club’s culinary identity and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking culinary vision.
- Create seasonal and innovative menus utilizing locally sourced ingredients.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage budgets, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with club staff, members, and committees to deliver exceptional catering.
