About the Role:
Acorn by Synergie seeks a skilled Export Customer Service Administrator to manage all aspects of exporting goods for a Northwest-based manufacturer. This role is focused on ensuring efficient and compliant export processes, including sales, customer service, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of export procedures, including sales, customer service, legislation, and paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal policies.
- Adhere to all national and international export regulations.
- Communicate with export authorities for all destinations.
- Prepare export documents efficiently and schedule cost-effective shipping.
- Resolve customer issues related to export processes and collaborate for smooth operations.
- Maintain comprehensive export records.
- Assist with import procedures (as needed).
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience with exporting and importing from/to the UK.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
