About the Role:
Randstad CPE seeks a skilled Facilities Administrator to join their global facilities management team in Berwick-Upon-Tweed. This is a crucial role, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support via calls and emails.
- Prioritize tasks based on client needs.
- Generate purchase orders for subcontractors.
- Manage invoices and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle complaints effectively.
- Record engineer time sheets, holidays, and overtime.
- Ensure timely completion of contract work.
- Guarantee timely KPI achievement.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent computer skills (email, word processing, invoices, Excel).
- Strong administrative skills.
- Experience in a Facilities Management environment (CAFM systems preferred).
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Financial acumen (purchase orders, invoices, budgets, cost-effectiveness).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 per annum
