About the Role:

Randstad CPE seeks a skilled Facilities Administrator to join their global facilities management team in Berwick-Upon-Tweed. This is a crucial role, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support via calls and emails.
  • Prioritize tasks based on client needs.
  • Generate purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Manage invoices and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Handle complaints effectively.
  • Record engineer time sheets, holidays, and overtime.
  • Ensure timely completion of contract work.
  • Guarantee timely KPI achievement.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Excellent computer skills (email, word processing, invoices, Excel).
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Experience in a Facilities Management environment (CAFM systems preferred).
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen (purchase orders, invoices, budgets, cost-effectiveness).
