About the Role:
We are seeking a temporary Facilities Administrator to join our Bradford team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office environment, ensuring it meets the needs of all colleagues.
- Coordinate office supplies ordering and stock maintenance.
- Process and distribute mail effectively.
- Log maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
- Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring appropriate equipment is available.
- Process purchase orders adhering to financial procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the health and safety team, including monitoring training records and accident databases.
- Act as a Fire Warden and First Aid representative.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in order and invoice processing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Positive customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 12.83 P/H PAYE (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) | 14.24 P/H LTD Umbrella
