About the Role:
Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join their global facilities management team in South Shields. The role involves providing exceptional client support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Prioritizing client requests.
- Generating purchase orders for subcontractors.
- Managing invoices and ensuring compliance.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Resolving complaints effectively.
- Logging engineers’ timesheets, holidays, and overtime.
- Ensuring timely completion of contract work.
- Meeting KPIs for timely reporting.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent computer skills (email, word processing, invoices, Excel).
- Strong administrative experience.
- Experience within a Facilities Management environment (CAFM systems preferred).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Financial background (purchase orders, invoices, budgets).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 28,000 – 30,000 per annum
