About the Role:
Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join their global facilities management team. This role focuses on providing crucial support to clients and customers, ensuring timely and professional resolution of their requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Prioritize tasks based on client needs.
- Generate purchase order numbers for subcontractors.
- Manage invoices and ensure compliance.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Record engineer timesheets, holidays, and overtime.
- Ensure timely completion of contract work.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong computer skills, including email, word processing, invoicing, and Excel.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Experience within a Facilities Management environment (with CAFM systems preferred).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Financial acumen (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, budget reports, cost-effectiveness).
