About the Role:
Lead and motivate a fast-food team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food in a vibrant Lincolnshire location. Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, complying with company procedures and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team by assigning tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide prompt and professional guest service, addressing complaints and special requests.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team duties and step up as shift leader when assigned.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to food orders.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
