About the Role:
Lead assigned fast-food shifts, motivating a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and high-quality food standards. Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Provide prompt, professional guest service, addressing complaints and special requests.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Participate in team duties and step up as shift leader when assigned.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach, especially when handling food orders.
- Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
