About the Role:

Join a cutting-edge data team as a Financial Crime Data Analyst to analyze complex bank data and uncover business opportunities. Your insights will help develop innovative processes and resolve critical problems within the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
  • Develop and execute standard queries to ensure data quality and identify inconsistencies.
  • Collect, profile, and map relevant data for new and existing solutions.
  • Identify and document data migration paths and processes.
  • Standardize data naming, definitions, and modelling.
  • Translate customer needs into functional or data requirements and process models.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficient in Tableau and SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience delivering data analysis and reporting in a technology or IT function.
  • Ability to liaise and manage expectations with various stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake and AWS technologies.
  • Knowledge of DataGrip and other data tooling.
  • Deep understanding of data interrelationships and multiple data domains.
  • Experience delivering research based on qualitative and quantitative data across various subjects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Agile framework.
