About the Role:
Join a cutting-edge data team as a Financial Crime Data Analyst to analyze complex bank data and uncover business opportunities. Your insights will help develop innovative processes and resolve critical problems within the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Develop and execute standard queries to ensure data quality and identify inconsistencies.
- Collect, profile, and map relevant data for new and existing solutions.
- Identify and document data migration paths and processes.
- Standardize data naming, definitions, and modelling.
- Translate customer needs into functional or data requirements and process models.
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proficient in Tableau and SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience delivering data analysis and reporting in a technology or IT function.
- Ability to liaise and manage expectations with various stakeholder groups.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and AWS technologies.
- Knowledge of DataGrip and other data tooling.
- Deep understanding of data interrelationships and multiple data domains.
- Experience delivering research based on qualitative and quantitative data across various subjects.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Working knowledge of the Agile framework.
