About the Role:
Our client seeks a highly motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for the business. This key role will support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and analysis function for the business
- Support financial decision-making by creating insightful financial statements
- Own profit & loss and forecasting responsibilities
- Coordinate month-end and quarterly forecasting
- Collaborate with finance teams across multiple sites
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Support the Global Financial Director in data strategies and core product delivery
- Assist the Global Managing Director and Finance Director in divisional OPR and forecast reviews with Engineering executives
- Establish and manage the forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting cycle
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Results-driven with experience in significant change projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
