About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Back Office professional to support and manage complex fixed income transactions. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our fixed income activities, requiring expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the booking and confirmation process for complex fixed income trades.
- Oversee settlement activities and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure all fixed income transactions comply with regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as primary contact for clients, brokers, and counterparties.
- Leverage industry-standard software for transaction support and reporting.
Skills and Expertise:
- 3+ years’ experience in a back-office role, ideally with fixed income experience.
- In-depth knowledge of bonds, loans, structured products, and market practices.
- Familiarity with fixed income compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, TradeWeb, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
