About the Role:
Foxhills Collection seeks enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants to deliver exceptional dining experiences and outstanding customer service in our prestigious establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Handle payments and maintain cash handling procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in food and beverage (preferred, training provided).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Food safety and hygiene certification (a plus).
