About the Role:

A highly-accredited water industry main contractor is seeking a Framework Manager to join their Birmingham-based team. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities within a growing company with a substantial workload. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing project success within the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead framework and contract meetings.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Liaise with site teams, commercial and design teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Establish and monitor transparent, measurable team performance targets.
  • Conduct site visits within the West Midlands region.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven track record in project/framework management within the water industry (clean water and/or wastewater).
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations, project programming, and NEC contracts.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
