About the Role:
A highly-accredited water industry main contractor is seeking a Framework Manager to join their Birmingham-based team. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities within a growing company with a substantial workload. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing project success within the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Lead framework and contract meetings.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Liaise with site teams, commercial and design teams for seamless project delivery.
- Establish and monitor transparent, measurable team performance targets.
- Conduct site visits within the West Midlands region.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven track record in project/framework management within the water industry (clean water and/or wastewater).
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations, project programming, and NEC contracts.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
