- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers.
- Resolve customer and carrier issues effectively.
- Provide quotes, arrange bookings, and process payments.
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Represent the company professionally and mentor colleagues.
