About the Role:
This exciting opportunity to join a successful restaurant group in Lancashire. As a Supervisor, you’ll be crucial in maintaining exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management in maintaining high standards of service.
- Lead a team of staff, setting a high performance standard.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee food and drink preparation and service.
- Proactively contribute to the creation of positive customer experiences.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to manage staff and build strong relationships.
- Knowledge of sales building, sales and labor forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
